FAQ - Uniflo
Getting started
How do I create an account?
Uniflo access is invitation-only. Request access at contact@uniflo.eu, then open sign in. Use Continue with Perystyl when available; Microsoft, Google and email links remain accessible. Email links last 10 minutes. An existing account must be explicitly linked to Perystyl from settings after signing in; a matching email does not merge accounts.
What is a workspace?
A workspace holds everything for one brand or organisation: its channels, brand profile, content calendar, publication history and team. Each workspace has its own plan. You can create several workspaces and switch between them from the top bar.
How do I add my first channel?
- Open Channels in the sidebar
- In Add a channel, click the platform you want to connect
- Follow the steps: sign in to the platform, or paste the API key it asks for
- The channel appears in Your channels, where you can test it
Channels
Which platforms can I connect?
- Social networks: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X, Bluesky, Threads
- Newsletters: Mailchimp, Brevo, Listmonk, MailerLite
- Blogs: Ghost, WordPress, Medium, Dev.to, Astro blogs
- Video: YouTube
Substack is listed but greyed out: it offers no publishing API.
How is LinkedIn connected?
LinkedIn is connected through Unipile, for a company Page or a personal profile. Click LinkedIn in Add a channel and follow the secure link to sign in to your LinkedIn account. Uniflo never sees your LinkedIn password.
Is it safe to connect my accounts?
Yes. Uniflo signs in to platforms through their own authorisation screens, or with the API key you provide. Access tokens and keys are stored encrypted in our database, and you can disconnect a channel at any time.
Can I connect several accounts on the same platform?
Yes. Once a platform is connected, its card offers to add another account: click it again to connect a second one. Each channel can also have its own publishing language.
How do I disconnect a channel?
In Channels, under Your channels, click Disconnect on the channel and confirm. Posts scheduled on that channel will no longer be published, and its access token is deleted.
Creating and publishing content
How does the AI write posts?
Uniflo uses Claude, by Anthropic, to plan and write content adapted to each channel: social posts, newsletters, blog articles and captions. You can work from the AI Assistant chat, from the calendar, or let Uniflo prepare content automatically. Images and videos can be generated too.
Can Uniflo write in my brand voice?
Yes. The brand profile filled in during onboarding (presentation, tone, offers, audiences, themes, language) guides every generation. Visual identity sets your colours and visual style, and Uniflo builds a style guide for each connected channel from the posts already published there.
Is AI-generated content labelled?
Yes. In the calendar and in Review, AI-generated posts are labelled AI-generated. You remain responsible for everything you publish, so read and edit before approving.
How do scheduling and approval work?
Every post lives in the Calendar with a status: draft, planned, approved, published, failed or blocked. Open Review to go through drafts, edit them, then approve or publish. Approved posts go out at their scheduled time.
Can posts be published without my approval?
Only if you turn it on. In AI & Models, autopilot publishing is off by default. When enabled, only posts scored above your confidence threshold (85% by default) are published automatically; the others wait for your review.
Can I use my own AI keys?
Yes. Claude is included in your plan. In AI & Models you can add your own API keys (BYOK) for other providers, such as OpenAI, Gemini, Mistral, Together or Runway.
Is there an API?
Yes. Uniflo has a REST API and an MCP server for agents and tools such as Claude or n8n. Create a key on the API keys page and read the API documentation.
Billing
How much does Uniflo cost?
Prices exclude VAT and apply per workspace according to the Perystyl catalog:
- Free / Solo: 200 text generations, 50 assistant messages and 20 images per 30 days
- Team: 5,000 text generations, 1,000 assistant messages and 100 images per 30 days
- Organization: without generation limits (fair use)
See the Pricing page for the full comparison.
How do I pay?
Subscriptions and plan changes are managed in the Perystyl Account portal, accessible from Subscription. The portal offers the available payment methods, including cards.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from Subscription, which opens the Perystyl Account portal. The portal shows the effective date and any adjustments before you confirm.
Can I get a refund?
Periods already invoiced are not refunded, unless the law requires it. As a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing. You can cancel at any time: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See the Terms of Service.
What if my payment fails?
The workspace owners and admins receive an email with a link to update the payment method. Your access continues while Stripe retries the payment. If the subscription is finally cancelled, the workspace returns to the Starter plan.
Where are my invoices?
In Subscription, click Manage subscription / Cancel to open the Perystyl Account portal, where you can download your invoices and update your payment details. Only the workspace owner or an admin can open it.
Personal data (GDPR)
Who is responsible for my data?
Reverdin Solutions, the publisher of Uniflo, is the data controller. Write to contact@uniflo.eu for any question or to exercise your rights. You can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
How long is my data kept?
- Account data: for the duration of the subscription, plus 12 months after it ends
- Billing data: 10 years, as required by tax law
- Workspace content: deleted within 30 days of account closure
- Technical logs: 12 rolling months
Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Can I export my data?
Yes, at any time. In Subscription, click Export my data to download a JSON file with your personal data.
How do I delete my account?
In Subscription, click Delete my account and type your email address to confirm. If you own workspaces shared with other people, transfer their ownership first. Your account is deleted as soon as you confirm, and any paid subscription is cancelled.
Does Uniflo use cookies?
Only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Usage statistics come from Umami, hosted by us and without cookies. If an error occurs, our error monitoring may record the technical context of the session to help us fix it.
Who processes my data besides Uniflo?
Hosting is in Germany (Hetzner). Payments go through Stripe, LinkedIn through Unipile, and AI features through providers such as Anthropic. Some of these providers are in the United States: transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The full list is in the Privacy Policy and the data processing agreement.
Is my content used to train AI models?
Not by Anthropic, which provides Claude: it contractually commits not to use what is sent through its API to train or improve its models. Other providers you may enable (OpenAI, Google, Together AI, fal.ai) apply their own policies, published on their websites.
